This page explains what data we collect when you visit piezario.com or write to us, what we use it for, and what you can require from us. It is written to be understood. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.

Who is responsible

Piezario SpA

Chilean tax ID 78.515.238-7

hola@piezario.com

What we collect

Two different things, and it helps to keep them apart.

What you tell us

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or ask for a demo, we receive your name, your phone number or email, your company name and industry, and whatever you choose to tell us about how you work. We ask for none of this before you decide to get in touch.

What happens while you browse

Which pages you saw, which buttons you clicked, whether you used the pricing calculator, what kind of device you came from, and which ad, search engine or link brought you here. This information does not carry your name, and we use it to understand which parts of the site work and which do not.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • We do not buy databases or contact lists from third parties.
  • We do not ask for card details or banking credentials on this site.
  • We do not ask for sensitive data — health, origin, beliefs, affiliation — and if you send it on your own initiative, we do not use it for anything.

If we write to you first

We sometimes contact businesses that have not written to us, to offer them the service. When that happens:

  • We only use contact details the business itself published so that people would get in touch: its website, its Google listing, its social profiles or a public industry directory. Never purchased data, never data obtained from a third party.
  • We identify ourselves in the very first message: who we are, where your contact details came from, and what we are offering.
  • Telling us once that you are not interested is enough. We take you off the list and do not write again. You can also ask in advance at hola@piezario.com.

What we use the data for

  • Answering you and booking the demo. That is the main reason.
  • Preparing your proposal. What you tell us about your business determines which pieces we propose and at what price.
  • Understanding where visits come from and which sections help people decide, so we stop spending on what does not work.
  • Complying with the law, including tax obligations once we work together.

Processing rests on your consent when you choose to write to us, on performance of the contract once you are a client, and on our legitimate interest in measuring how the site performs.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

This site currently sets no cookies of its own. It stores two things in your browser, and only in your browser:

  • pz-tema — whether you prefer the light or dark version. It stays until you clear the site data.
  • pz-origen — which campaign or link brought you here. It clears itself when you close the tab.

The site also has the Meta pixel installed, which does set its own cookies. We use it to know which ad brought which visit, and to avoid showing you ads for something you already saw. Meta receives the page you visited and the buttons you clicked, never your name nor anything you write to us. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will keep working.

Who we share data with

Only the providers we need in order to operate:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and forwards the mail that reaches our addresses.
  • Meta Platforms — if you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on their platform and is also governed by their terms. The same applies to Facebook and Instagram.

Both run servers outside Chile, so your data may be stored abroad. If an authority requires us to hand over information through a valid legal channel, we will comply, and we will tell you unless the law forbids it.

How long we keep it

  • If we talk and nothing comes of it: up to 24 months, in case you come back. After that it is deleted.
  • If we become client and provider: for as long as the service lasts, and then for whatever period legal and tax obligations require.
  • Browsing data: up to 26 months in whichever measurement tools we use.

Your rights

Over your data you may exercise, at any time and free of charge:

  • Access — find out what we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct whatever is wrong.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete it.
  • Objection — ask us to stop using it.
  • Portability — receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.
  • Blocking — suspend its use while a dispute is resolved.

To exercise them, write to hola@piezario.com. We answer within 30 calendar days. We will not ask you to justify why.

Security

The site travels encrypted end to end. Access to contact information is limited to the people at Piezario who need it for their work. No measure is infallible: if a breach ever affected you, we would tell you.

Minors

Piezario is a service for businesses. It is not aimed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Legal framework and complaints

We process your data under Chilean law: Law 19.628 on the protection of private life and, from 1 December 2026, Law 21.719, which creates the Personal Data Protection Agency. From that date, if you believe we are not respecting your rights, you may complain to that Agency. Before it comes to that, write to us: we would rather sort it out directly.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you.
