You tell us what your business does that no software understands, we design it with you and build it, usually in three weeks. Your subscription goes up when the piece goes live, and we tell you before we start — never on the invoice.
Because it costs us less: a piece that already exists gets switched on with no new development, so we pass the saving on. From 3 to 4 pieces it drops 10%, from 5 to 6 it's 18%, from 7 to 9 it's 25%, and from 10 up it's 30%. Always on the pieces, never on the base.
Not necessarily. Many pieces live alongside what you already have, and if you need them to talk, connecting your current system is one of the changes with a published price.
The domain is registered in your name, never in ours, and you can export your data whenever you want, even if you decide to leave. What you get is a licence to use the platform while the service is active; the code of the pieces is ours, and that's why it costs this and not what custom development costs.
The contract is annual, with a 5% yearly adjustment written in from day one. You pay monthly by automatic charge, or a year up front with two months free. If you stop paying we warn you several times: at 15 days the add-ons switch off, at 30 days the service is suspended, and your data is never deleted as a pressure tactic.
