With two conditions we say up front: the piece has to be useful to more businesses than yours, and your subscription goes up once it's live. If you need something exclusive, it's quoted separately and we tell you in the first conversation, not on the invoice.

CLP $59,000 for the base, plus the pieces you choose, before VAT. The base with scheduling and reminders comes to CLP $103,000 a month; with five pieces it's about $160,000. Setup is $420,000 for the base and $150,000 per piece, with a discount from three: it starts at $570,000 and with five pieces it's about $1,060,000, one time only. Because it costs us less: a piece that already exists gets switched on with no new development, so we pass the saving on. From 3 to 4 pieces it drops 10%, from 5 to 6 it's 18%, from 7 to 9 it's 25%, and from 10 up it's 30%. Always on the pieces, never on the base.
The contract is annual, with a 5% yearly adjustment written in from day one. You pay monthly by automatic charge, or a year up front with two months free. If you stop paying we warn you several times: at 15 days the add-ons switch off, at 30 days the service is suspended, and your data is never deleted as a pressure tactic.
The domain is registered in your name, never in ours, and you can export your data whenever you want, even if you decide to leave. What you get is a licence to use the platform while the service is active; the code of the pieces is ours, and that's why it costs this and not what custom development costs.
